| The raw materials are brought to job sites in our TotTurf trucks and mixed on site. | First, the recycled tire buffings are mixed with the polyurethane. The mixture is broadcast evenly over a prepared sub base and ‘slicked’ creating a smooth surface for the EPDM top layer. The buffings must be allowed to cure 12 to 24 hours. | |

| Next, EPDM granules are mixed with polyurethane. | ||

| The EPDM granules are hand troweled over the buffings. Twelve to 18 hours is required for a complete cure. | ||
