Product Information
TotTurf® premium granules are mixed onsite and hand troweled in place, creating a seamless safety surface. Recycled tire buffings are mixed with a polyurethane binder and set to a specific depth, based on the playground equipment fall height requirements. Once cured, a ½ inch layer of recycled EPDM granular is mixed and hand troweled over the buffings. TotTurf® uses only the finest raw materials that are formulated and tested specifically for playground safety surfacing. The raw materials are purchased and stored in six warehouse facilities in the Southwest. Crews are dispatched daily from these facilities with the necessary materials and equipment for each project.
Synthetic Plus®
We are proud to offer a new and exciting product called TotTurf Synthetic Plus®. Synthetic Plus is fall height certified for ASTM 1292 and meets guidelines established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Synthetic Plus is unique with its natural park-like appearance and touch. It is very durable, requires little maintenance and helps protects against impact fall injury. Talkin Totturf®
Totturf by Robertson Industries has another new exciting product that children will love called Talkin Totturf®. This product will provide hours of entertainment for children of all ages. When a child steps on a certain part of the playground it will seem as though sounds are being emitted from the area where the child is playing.
