Maintenance
One of the questions most commonly asked is why do I need a maintenance program
on my poured in place surfacing? The quick answer is that a good maintenance
program is guaranteed to extend the life of your surfacing, thereby protecting
your investment. Your surface looks new and clean, and stays protected against
the sun’s destructive UV rays. Moreover, tears and cracks in the surface
could result in falls and injuries. To help keep your kids safe and your
surface in excellent condition, we offer maintenance options to fit
everyone’s needs.
The number one choice we recommend for all poured in place surfaces over a year
old is the Roll Coat Application. It rolls on clear,
strengthening and bonding the top layer EPDM granules. This will give
your rubber surface a longer life span and also protect the pad against UV
rays.
