• Materials 100% recycled black Styrene Budadine Rubber (SBR) known as impact or cushion course. Pigmented color is added on site to the black rubber and binder mixture to provide 100% color for the finished product.

 

• Binder 100% polyurethane binding agent that is moisture sensitive. The natural properties of the aromatic binder is to amber. This ambering can produce slight streaks in the beginning. With weather changes and foot traffic, the ambering will disappear.

 

• Wear Mats - Mixture of TPV (Thermal Plastic Vulcanized) pigmented granules mixed with binding agent and poured in small square or rectangular sections within the high traffic areas; such as: slides, swings, etc. These mats are available upon request only and colors may be limited.
