Richard Hawley, Corporate VP/GM
Richard graduated from Penn State
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Administration. He moved to
Phoenix after graduation where he worked for the City of Phoenix as a
Recreation Coordinator. After gaining field experience, he returned to college
and received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State
University. Soon after, he started his own business, working in landscape
design and construction. In 1991 Mr. Dan Robertson asked Richard to join him in
the start up of Robertson Industries, Inc. Richard has worked in all positions
within the company, from Field Technician to Sales Manager. He was appointed
CEO at Robertson Industries, Inc. in 2002.
Tom Whittier, VP of Operations
Tom graduated from Colby College with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, he became the part owner and Director of Operations and Marketing for College Bookstore, a nation wide distributor of college text books. After leaving College Bookstore, he worked for Follett College Stores, where for five years he was Vice President of Marketing for the Western United States Region. In 1999 he joined TotTurf® as the Operations Manager and is now General Manager of Field Operations.
